There are never more than four clients to one instructor so that we maintain the highest possible degree of supervision and correction. Often the ratio is less, and we also offer duet and private sessions.

Everybody must commence with an initial consultation. this is so that the instructor may make a concise assessment of your requirements and programming needs, as well as allow you to start learning the pilates work with one on one guidance.
