Established in 2002, PowerNouse Pilates is not only the Northern Beaches premier Pilates Studio but one of the best in Australia. As it is also home to world class Pilates education company 'Polestar Pilates'. So you can be assured that all staff are trained to the highest level as well as making on-going training a priority.

The Pilates Exercise Method is for anyone who wants to relieve stress, alleviate common back pain or stretch tense muscles among many other benefits. Our classes are suitable for anyone of almost all ages. Take some time out to relax and enjoy while keeping yourself mentally, physically and spiritually healthy through our wonderful classes and therapies. We do recommend that beginners take 2-3 private sessions before advancing to semi-private and group mat classes.

Polestar Pilates is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO no. 91620) under the AQTF with NSW VETAB. Courses are competency based and are accredited to the Diploma level.
